  1. In a large mixing bowl, break bread into small pieces. Add all ingredients, mixing well. Place ingredients into a medium deep greased baking dish and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
  2. Rum Sauce
  3. In a medium sauce pan, add all ingredients and mix well. Cook on medium-high until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat to a low simmer. Allow to slow cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour over warm bread pudding.
  4. Best enjoyed with a cup of hot coffee!
