White Chocolate Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of French bread (stale)
- 1 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3 cups of whole milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 stick of unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- RUM SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of evaporated milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 shot of rum
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, break bread into small pieces. Add all ingredients, mixing well. Place ingredients into a medium deep greased baking dish and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
- Rum Sauce
- In a medium sauce pan, add all ingredients and mix well. Cook on medium-high until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat to a low simmer. Allow to slow cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour over warm bread pudding.
- Best enjoyed with a cup of hot coffee!
