Sandwhich Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp instant yeast
- 1.5 tsp sweetener (honey, syrup, etc)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in bowl.
- Add 1.5 cups of warm, not hot, water.
- Stir it all up.
- Cover and let sit for 2 hours.
- Take two forks and kinda pull in from the edges to the center.
- Drizzle a bit of olive oil over top and with your hands, roll it up a bit.
- Butter a bread pan.
- Roll the bread into a cylinder and plop it into the pan.
- Uncovered, let it rise for an hour. Consider putting it into the (turned off!) oven.
- Then set the oven to 375 and bake for 45 minutes.
