Sandwhich Bread

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Add 1.5 cups of warm, not hot, water.
  3. Stir it all up.
  4. Cover and let sit for 2 hours.
  5. Take two forks and kinda pull in from the edges to the center.
  6. Drizzle a bit of olive oil over top and with your hands, roll it up a bit.
  7. Butter a bread pan.
  8. Roll the bread into a cylinder and plop it into the pan.
  9. Uncovered, let it rise for an hour. Consider putting it into the (turned off!) oven.
  10. Then set the oven to 375 and bake for 45 minutes.
