Buttermilk Pancakes

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk eggs, buttermilk, cooled melted butter and vanilla in another bowl.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry.
  4. Butter my nonstck frying pan.
  5. Pour 1/2 cup full of batter into pan, cooking about three minutes or until bubbling.
  6. Flip and cook another minute or so.
