Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
- 6 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 5 cups buttermilk
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Whisk flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda in a large bowl.
- Whisk eggs, buttermilk, cooled melted butter and vanilla in another bowl.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry.
- Butter my nonstck frying pan.
- Pour 1/2 cup full of batter into pan, cooking about three minutes or until bubbling.
- Flip and cook another minute or so.
